Earth System Sciences and Ecology hand in hand to GCC2026

Who are we ?

A quite new community (3 years old) coming for the 1st time with multiple people to GCC, we’re talking of course about GESS (Galaxy for Earth System Sciences System) accompanied by it’s older sister Ecology (we’ll come back to her jsut below).

Why Concarneau

We are 6 young, sorry, 5 ;) young talented ecoinformaticians and an older one ;), coming from Rennes, Paris, Toulouse, Clermont-Ferrand (yes, there is people coming from Clermont bioinformatics school ;) ) and linked by the amazing Concarneau marine station where we are working as engineer or student as internship!
